Hi there! My name’s Nick, and I am an electrician who decided to write a book dedicated to my 2 sons.

 

My first ever title, “While I Was At Work Today” is a fun, educational children’s book for early readers. It’s filled with playful rhyming verses, and beautiful illustrations by talented Australian artist Caitlin Leece.

 

The book is based upon my experiences as a tradesman, going to people’s houses to do jobs and seeing all kinds of animals – everything from dogs and cats, to birds and mice… even a pig!

 

But the animals in this book are special. They don’t just look cute and cuddly, they also perform everyday tasks in weird and wonderful ways.
